how can i start vista speech recognition with Hebrew vista?

when i enter Vista Speech Recognition it says:-
“Configure Your Speech Recognition experience
If you would like to learn more about speech related tools and support from Microsoft, Please visit the Microsoft Speech Online Community”

what can i do to start it?

    I don’t think Vista or any Windows platform is standard with Hebrew speech recognition, English is standard. You might have to “teach it” what you want it to do and start from scratch. It will probably be a long and daunting task.
